The students who want to pursue M.Arch in India need to fulfil the following eligibility criteria:
The students must have passed a bachelor’s degree in B.Arch from a recognised university/institute.
The student must have acquired a minimum of 50% aggregate in the bachelor's or equivalent degree.
The student must have passed 10+2 from a recognised board.
Some colleges also conduct an aptitude test which the students must qualify to get admission.
Admission into the M.Arch course in India is done either through entrance exams or on the basis of marks scored by the student at the undergraduate level. While some colleges also conduct their personal entrance exam for offering admissions into M.Arch course. M.Arch admission in India for 2024 goes through the following process:
The students need to have scored a minimum of 50% aggregate at the undergraduate level. The eligible students can directly visit the campus and pay the admission fee to get admission into the desired college.
To get admission through common entrance tests, the students will have to appear for the exam. Based on the marks obtained by the student and if the students qualify, he/she is called for the counselling process. While for some exams, students are also required to pay certain counselling fee as advance fee payment. Further, the students will have to choose the college which they want to get admission. Based on the marks obtained, vacant seats, and eligibility, the students will be given admission.
